For agencies
Run every client's content in its own workspace
Each client gets a workspace with its own voice, strategy, documents, destinations and people. Your team drafts and reviews, the client can read and comment, and nothing publishes without an approval.
The problem
What gets in the way today
Voices blur between clients
When one team writes for many brands, one client's tone and claims leak into another's posts.
Approvals live in email
Drafts go back and forth as attachments, and nobody is sure which version the client approved.
Status lives in three tools
The plan is in a spreadsheet, the tasks in a project tool and the drafts somewhere else, so reporting means copying.
How Wavefront helps
Built for agencies
A workspace per client
Documents, writing rules, strategies and publishing destinations live inside the client's workspace, so nothing crosses between clients.
Roles for your team and the client
Owners manage settings and publishing, editors draft and approve, and viewers read and comment. Invite a client as a viewer to review in the app.
Tasks in your project tool
Calendar posts become Asana tasks or Trello cards that move from Planned to Published as the work does.
Alerts where your team works
Slack and Microsoft Teams get a message when a draft is ready for review, when it's approved and when it goes live, plus a Monday summary.
A mix per client
Start from the preset that fits the client, such as B2B SaaS or local services, and adjust it. Every strategy keeps its own editorial mix.
Editorial mix
An example calendar mix
Under the general preset, pillars get shares in proportion to each client's open backlog: 10, 6 and 4 ideas give 50, 30 and 20.
This is only an example. Your strategy sets its own shares, and autopilot keeps to them.
- First pillar (10 open ideas) 50%
- Second pillar (6 open ideas) 30%
- Third pillar (4 open ideas) 20%

Questions
Can clients review without editing?
Yes. Invite them as viewers. They can read drafts and comment, but they can't approve, publish or change settings.
How is billing handled across clients?
Each client workspace has its own subscription and credits. The plan is $99 a month per workspace and includes every feature, with no limits on destinations or seats.
Can I keep one client's Google account away from another's?
Yes. Search Console, Analytics and Bing connect per workspace, and only the owner who connected an account can browse it and pick the site.
Publish your next post with your team's sign-off
Start a 7-day trial with 300 credits and every feature, no card needed. After that it's $99 a month.
