How credits work

  1. See the estimate

    New generation and the calendar show roughly how many credits a piece will use, next to what you have left.

  2. Pay for the work done

    A finished draft is charged for what it actually used, within the estimate's limits. You aren't charged when a draft fails on our side.

  3. Keep what you don't use

    Plan credits roll over for one month. Packs top you up for busy months and last a year.

Pricing questions

What is a credit?

Credits measure the work a draft takes: research, writing, checks and images. Longer, more researched pieces use more. New generation shows an estimate in credits before you start, and Billing shows what each piece used.

How many posts do I get?

It depends on what you write: a short social post uses far fewer credits than a researched long-form article. Once enough posts have been measured, this page shows the average number of posts a month the plan covers.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days with 300 credits. After that, drafting, the API and MCP pause until an owner chooses the plan. Your workspace, documents and drafts stay.

Do unused credits roll over?

Unused plan credits roll over for one month and are used first, oldest first. Pack credits are used after plan credits and last 12 months.

Are failed drafts charged?

No, not when the failure is on our side. The app shows the estimate before you start, and the final charge stays within the limits shown.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel in Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Moving from monthly to annual applies at once.

How does billing work for an agency with several clients?

Each workspace is one business or site and has its own plan. You can belong to as many workspaces as you like, with one sign-in, and switch between them.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. Payments are handled by Stripe. See the Terms of Service.
