What it does
Through Ayrshare, Wavefront posts approved social copy and images to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest and Bluesky. You link your accounts on Ayrshare's page, so there are no keys to paste.
Posts can go out now or be scheduled for a time. Only a person in the web app can post or schedule, because a public post can't be taken back.
Before you start
- A paid Wavefront plan
- Owner role in the Wavefront workspace
- Accounts on the networks you want to post to
How to connect Social networks (Ayrshare)
- In Wavefront, open Settings → Publishing and choose Add destination. Pick Social networks (Ayrshare).
- Choose Link social accounts. Ayrshare's linking page opens in a new tab; sign in to each network there.
- Come back to Wavefront and choose Refresh to see the linked accounts.
- Tick the networks this destination posts to, then choose Test and save.
- On approved social copy or an image, choose Post now or Schedule.
What Wavefront sends
- Copy written for one network goes to that network; an approved image can go to every network the destination lists
- Alt text where the network takes it
- Checks before sending: each network's length limit counted its own way, and image rules
- Each network's post link and status in the receipt
- Several destinations can share the workspace's linked accounts
Good to know
- It needs a paid plan and isn't available during the trial.
- No drafts, and posts can't be edited: withdraw the post, then post the new version.
- Instagram and TikTok don't let apps delete published posts; delete those in the app, then mark them withdrawn.
